What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via bank transfer, Strip, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards where available. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable before or upon arrival in Pakistan. Our team will provide detailed payment instructions after your booking request is confirmed.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes. We provide airport pick-up and drop-off services in Islamabad and Skardu according to your itinerary, ensuring a smooth start and end to your adventure.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, the gateway to the Karakoram Mountains and the starting point for the K2 Base Camp Trek. We also assist international travelers with pre-trip planning and airport transfers.

Can I receive a refund?
Yes. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel your trip. Please review our Booking & Cancellation Policy or contact us for detailed information.
Is there any age restrictions?
Most participants should be between 18 and 65 years old and in good physical condition. Younger or older trekkers may join after consulting with our team, provided they have suitable fitness and trekking experience.
Will I have access to Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available in Islamabad, Skardu, and some villages before the trek begins. Once you enter the Baltoro Glacier and K2 Base Camp region, internet access is extremely limited or unavailable. We recommend informing family and friends before starting the trek.
Do I need previous trekking experience?
Previous trekking experience is recommended but not mandatory for the K2 Base Camp Trek. Good physical fitness, endurance, and preparation are far more important. Our experienced guides will support you throughout the journey.
